SHIPPING INFO:

We pride on getting your packages to you as quickly as possible! Most orders are shipped out same day as placed or next day (if a business day). Please still allow up to 10 business days for delivery if you choose standard shipping at checkout. You can also choose to select a more expedited option of 2-3 days, or Overnight shipping in the United States at checkout.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Costumers are able to return item(s) within 21 days of when the item was received for an exchange or store credit.

Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Jae Lace is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

There will be a Return Form packaged with your items. Fill out form and make sure to place in package when returning.

If a form happens to be missing from your package its perfectly fine! Just write a little note with your Name, Order #, and if you would like store credit or what item you would like to exchange it for and the size! We got you! 

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your return, you will be notified via email, at the email provided at the time of purchase.  Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you are exchanging your item, your new item will be shipped out when we receive your old item.

If you choose store credit as your option, we will notify you that your credit has been put into our system and when purchasing with Jae Lace at another time you will need to e-mail us directly with the item you would like to purchase.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following;

All Accessories (including Hats, Socks, Headbands, Cellphone cases and Bags).
